Cardio Drumming
Mondays, 10:30am - 11:15am Sept. 16, 2024 - Nov. 18, 2024 *No class on Monday, Sept. 30, 2024, Oct. 14, 2024 and Nov. 11, 2024 Cardio Drumming combines dynamic movements with aerobic training. While moving to the music, participants will use plastic drumsticks to hit on an exercise ball set in a base. All abilities welcome! Cost: Mondays $70.00 |
